ArtfulDesign LLC (“we,” “us”) runs artfuldesign.llc. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to make, ship, and support your order, and to send our letter if you ask for it.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Contact form & email: your name, email, and whatever you choose to write to us.
- Slow Letter sign-up: your email address.
- Site usage: basic, anonymous analytics (for example, Google Site Kit) and cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your purchases
- To reply when you write to us
- To send our monthly letter, only if you signed up (unsubscribe anytime)
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: our web host (Hostinger), payment processors, shipping carriers, print and fulfillment partners (such as Printify), email tools, and analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout, and your account, plus analytics cookies to see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some shop features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Messages and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Just write to celina@artfuldesign.llc.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
